Gray Whale is a professional manufacturer and supplier of industrial mechanical seals like metal gaskets, semi-metallic gaskets & non-metallic gaskets for oil & gas, refining, chemical, construction, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power generation and petrochemical industries.

Gaskets are designed and engineered to industry standards as well as custom specifications by our team of 20+ years experienced people for both project installations and maintenance replacements.

Our production facility is located in Chennai, India and which has convenient all mode of transportation access to the rest of the country and overseas. Our industrial gaskets are also exported to middle east and other countries.

What We Do

Metallic Gaskets
Our metallic gaskets are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, pressures and chemical exposure. Available in both standard and non standard. These rugged metal gaskets are made of a wide range of materials to accommodate all types of process applications.


Semi-Metallic Gaskets
Our company supplies both standard and non-standard semi-metallic gaskets. They are designed to feature soft, pliable sealing materials - which enhance the tightness of the assembly with lower overall load requirements when compared to full metallic gaskets.


Non-Metallic Gaskets
Our soft gasket material can be selected from a large variety of rubbers and compressed non-asbestos sheet products, PTFE, flexible graphite and high temperature sheet. Soft gaskets are used in a wide range of applications from pipe flange, heat exchanger, compressor and bonnet valve gaskets, to name just a few.
