Our manufacture engineering group will work with your requirements to develop cost effective designs that will contribute to reduce investments in tooling as well as lower piece part cost. You can send sample, blueprint or sketch. As long as the product drawings are provided, we can transfer your designs to corresponding project file in use of CAD, UG, PRO-E or SOLIDWORKS software, to achieve maximum efficiency. Moreover, during the process of mold designing, we will do our best to induce the cost of the project and make best use of the materials, as well as improve the quality. Each stage of the production is monitored by the interim test. The first product is tested from each stage. Only the test is finished and confirmed by the manager of Quality Control Department, we will proceed with mass production. Each machine operator provides ongoing tests to the products during the processes, such as measuring the size, observing the appearance and the surface characteristics of the products. Inspectors check samples from each machine regularly. In the end, inspectors will sign off all the documents and stamp them.
