Ezoffice International Co., Ltd. is the Hong Kong head office of our Shenzhen manufacturing plant, Shenzhen EzOffice Equipment Co., Ltd. We are designing, manufacturing and exporting office automation equipment like pouch laminators, paper shredders, thermal binders and rotary trimmers for the global market.

We started our operations in 2003 and have been serving customers in Europe, the United States, Australia, the Middle East and Latin America. We are well known in the market that we concern quality deeply and never sacrifice this against the low price competitions. This is our belief that our clients shall enjoy their businesses with us by carrying trouble-free products instead of simply low-priced merchandizes.

Our laminators range from A4 to A3 sizes. They all carry our standard Jam release feature to minimize accidental pouch jams. Mostly, they are hot modes machines and some of them serve the cold-mode as well. Our shredder line starts from the 10-sheet onwards. We have our own patented design of Safety Panel which further prevents finger from entering into the paper inlet. On top of that, we supply also true CD-shredders which realistically prevent unwanted data storing on CDs/DVDs from leaking into the wrong hands.

Our trimmer line consists of both the light and heavy duty service ranges. The light duty range is sized from A6 to A3, mostly at 10 sheets the capacity. Our Pro Trimmer line sizes from A4 to up to the A0 size. The sheet capacity of the Pro line is up to 25 sheets in one single pass.

In recent years, we have been concentrated in the development of thermal binding area for both machines and the related accessories. The thermal binding cover business is growing as we are capable of supplying paper-back, spine-type and hardboard thermal covers inclusively.

This is our mission to continue the strategy to supply the market with quality-first products. Margins can only be regarded as real if there is no worry for product returns.
