XPS Foam-board Extrusion line with 250 kg/hr and 400 kg/hr throughput

1. Ability to use multiple foaming agents simultaneously, such as a combination of HCFCs (142b and R22), HFC (152a and 134a) and CO2.
2. Ability to use fire-retardants (HBCD hexabromocyclododecane or decabromdiphinyloxide) without the danger of damaging the extruder screws. Potentially, this could be reached through additional anti-corrosion coating or other means of strengthening the internal surface of the extruder.
3. Board dimensions requirements:
a. Ability  to produce boards 600 mm wide.
b. Ability to produce 20 mm thick and 100 mm thick boards.
4. Better reliability of the entire line: calibration and line start-up must be undertaken within 30 calendar days from the moment when the JWell crew starts the chef montage (mechanical and electrical supervision process engineering)
