The company provides build to suit industrial warehouses in Markopoulo close to the Athens International Airport. The properties are offered for long term leases of ten years or more. They suit logistics/distribution/freight companies with access needs to the Athens International airport and/or the sea ports of Lavrion, Piraeus and Rafina. The first project of this newly established company is currently under way and concerns a warehouse with a total covered area of 8800 square meters. The property is offered for full customisation according to customer requirements before construction begins. Completion date can also be adjusted to suit customer needs. Lease period is for a minimum of 10 years.
