Shipping:
Free shipping and handling fee! All ENS Kitchen and Bath products just only be sold within the 48 continental United States ( not including Alaska and Hawaii states of the USA). Products are shipped via DHL Ground or common carrier. Sales tax will only be applied if you reside in California.

Return Policy:
You may return most items purchased from ENS Kitchen and Bath for partial refund within 30 days from the purchase date. The following terms will apply:

1) All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 2) Returned item(s) must be in resalable condition in the original carton. 3) All returns must be shipped, freight prepaid.

Restocking fees are made necessary due to the restocking terms and conditions set by manufacturers and charged to ENS Kitchen and Bath on all returned items. ENS Kitchen and Bath encourages you to review all orders carefully.

Damages: We make every effort possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause damage during the shipping process.
