Founded in 1993, the Millimeter Wave Division of ELVA-1 is a design and manufacturing company located in St. Petersburg, Russia. ELVA-1`s headquarters are in Riga, Latvia. ELVA-1 Millimeter Wave Division currently employs more than 30 people in St. Petersburg facility.
