Buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s bank raises a 10 % (total value of product) Standby LC in favor of Seller to his bank upon verification of seller���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s nominated vessel (SBLC Text format enclosed on last page) 3. Seller upon confirmation of the 10% LC calls in the nominated vessel into the terminal for loading in Buyers name. Vessel Loads. 4. Seller issues ATB to Buyer&＃039;s independent inspector. 5. Buyers inspector go on board vessel within 72 hours after issuance of Marine ATB. 6. Cargo documents is assigned to the buyer and CPA issued, signed by Buyer and returned to the Seller within 4 working days of receiving a positive Q & Q report. All Original documents handed over to the buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s bank. 7. Buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s Super cargo goes on board within 3 days after the CPA is signed. 8. Full payment via swift made to the various accounts in the SPA within 72 hours of Super cargo going on board and Vessel is cleared to sail afterwards. FOB PROCEDURE: 1 Seller signs and seals the contract and dispatches to the Buyer in form of email. 2 Buyer countersigns the contract and dispatches a duplicate copy to the Seller via e-mail. 3 Buyer and Seller deposit same at their respective Banks. 4 Buyer nominates vessel, Seller confirms. 5 Buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s bank raises a 10 % (total value of product) Standby LC in favor of Seller to his bank upon verification of Buyers nominated vessel (SBLC Text format enclosed on last page) 6 Seller calls in buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s vessel into the terminal and loads vessel. 7 Marine ATB is issued and Buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s inspectors conduct Q&Q on loaded vessel. 8 Seller���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s Bank sends valid shipping documents to Buyer���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s Bank. 9 Payment is done via Swift transfer and vessel is cleared to sail. 10 Delivery is *****
