Richmoon Handbag Co., Ltd. is a company specialized in manufacturing all types of handbags. This company was established in July 2007, located in Dongcheng district, Dongguan, Guangdong province, China.Through more than 7 years of rapid development, the factory now covers about 10,000 square meters, in which about 6000 square meters as the work shop. At present, the factory has 15 production lines and almost 700 employees, including 15 R&D members, 25 quality control inspectors and 35 management members. The production capability per month is about 200,000 pieces of regular backpacks. Lead time is 45-60 days for new orders and 35-45 days for repeated orders. Rich production experience and skilled management guarantees the production in high efficiency. Our company also has a completed quality control system from incoming material inspection to finished product inspection; strict quality control system makes sure all products in good quality. The whole factory operates under ERP system and LEAN Line, for this advanced method, we can produce out products within two hours. This method also helps us make full use of the plant area, save more equipment and line installation cost, reduce material turn-over cost and error rate.
