Dongguan Fasten Precision Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded in 2004s, located in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City of Guangdong Province: manufacturing city of the world, plant area of 2000 square meters, is a professional high-tech enterprise which is specialized in design and manufacturing of aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy mold and plastic injection mold.Our company passed ISO ISO9001:2000 international quality system. We set customer satisfaction and product qualified rate as our company goal, strive for meeting every customer demand, implementing full participation and continuous improvement, management by objectives and high performance level to guarantee the company goal can be achieved.We are equipped with high mold design technical level and strong quality control system with computer aided design software such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG, and so on, at the same time, the C - MILD injection molding simulation analysis software, the advanced production equipment and internal communication mode, mold project management system and modern computer aided manufacturing process has been more widely adopted and carried forward to promote products output with high quality, low cost and short delivery time.We have advanced mold workshop with around 1000 square meters area and full equipped sophisticated machines, complete plant facilities. At current, we have stationary worker team with more than twenty skilled mold manufacturing artisans and technicians, more than five experienced design engineers. From the confirmation of customer orders, supplier assessment, material selection, mold computer design and manufacture procedure control to product output quality, every step, each position, whether engineers or front-line technicians, all staff have been participated in strict job training and systematic guidance.In terms of equipment, dominated by imported CNC machining centers, equipped with two units imported American three-D and 2.5-D Coordinate Measuring Machines, 4 units electronic height gages, and other measure instruments and processing devices such as hardness tester, 2 units CNC milling machines, 6 units EDM machines, 3 units precision grinding machine, 2 sets of HS-WEDM, 6 units normal milling machine, radial drilling machines, many sets of die casting machines and Plastic Injection Molding Machines, etc. our production capacity of Mold manufacturing can reach more than 500 sets every year.We can design and produce both kinds of molds: injection mold and die-casting mold. And not only we can help customers design and produce molds, but also can provide production and inspection service for the final plastic injection products and die-casting hardware products. For the mold production, we choose imported steels such as Sweden #8407, Japan SKT 61, or domestic steels, too. For plastic injection products, normal material have ABS, PC, PP, PVC, PE, PS, PA, POM, PBT, PMMA and so on. For the die-casting products, we can produce aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy material. We will consider different material have different characteristic to design mold with different performance.
