Luoyang CIMC Linyu Automobile Co., Ltd was jointly ventured by CIMC and Luoyang Linyu Automobile Co., Ltd through
reorganization. CIMC mainly deals with the services relating to the manufacturing and sale of containers, road transport
automobiles, tank equipment and airport installations and is the largest container manufacturer and special purpose  vehicle
manufacturer in the world with the annual sale revenue up to RMB49 billion in 2007. Until now, CIMC has established 16
automobile manufacturing bases through out the country with the automobile output and sale over 110,000.

    Luoyang Linyu Automobile Co., Ltd has a history of over 40 years in automobile manufacturing and mainly deals with the
manufacturing of passenger and special purpose vehicle. For further development, it established the new Luoyang CIMC Linyu
Automobile Co., Ltd through the reorganization with CIMC and worked out the developmental strategy of building the largest tank type special purpose vehicle manufacturing and R&D base.

   This company, with total assets of over RMB300 million and a technical staff over 400 specialized in a number of technical areas,
as well as the annual output and sale over 5000 automobiles, took the lead in passing the certification of "CCC"and ISO/TS16949
