We are the biggest company for abrasives in China and are the Chairman of China Abrasives Association.
We are known world wide as a trustable supplier in China since we export more than 15000mt BFA and 1500mt highly purified SIC per year to our customers, who are Norton, Saint Gobain, Marubeni, Washington Mill and so on.
We are shareholder of top ten abrasive factories in China. We have advantage to have competitive price with super quality even when it is nearly out of stock.
We require our supplier to take the same risk when we face the difficulities. The supplier should be responsible for all the problems caused by poor quality and short quantity. We will ask fine from them if any problems happen. And also we have offices in the main ports in China, such as Tianjin and Guangzhou. Before every shipment, we will collect samples from every patch and apply the inspection in CCIB. So seldom the problems happen.
All of our staff are well trained. Their majors are International Trade, Abrasives and Foreign languages. All have more than five years experience in this field. We are required to give reply to customers by fax or email within one day of their inquiry no matter the person in charge is out for business trip or not. We work as a team.
We are state owned company, namely the state will be our
back up if we face any economic crisis. So whenever you
