M/s. BOBPL, by virtue of having made the highest offer, had acquired M/s. Vensa Biotech Limited, a sick unit, with land property admeasuring Ac. 21-84 at G. Rangampet Village, Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District of A.P., from M/s. Prithvi Asset Reconstruction and Securitization Company (PARAS), which had, in the course of its business acquired the debts of the sick unit from four of its lenders, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited, IDBI, IFCI and Standard Chartered Bank.

The Company revived the existing unit of 150 TPD maize processing and 5 MW power plant. In addition, 30 TPD Maltodextrin plant has also been set up and is running at rated capacity. The total project outlay that includes acquisition, renovation/modernization, apart from green field Maltodextrin plant has been about Rs. 60 Crores. Presently, the company is employing 500 people directly and indirectly.

He was in charge of the solvent extraction plant, chemical refinery, effluent treatment plant, biomass power plant. He has designed and developed fuel handling system, ash handling system and total integrated software solution for solvent extraction. He is also the promoter of M/s. Gowthami Bio-Energies Limited and M/s. Gowthami Hydro.

Master's in Business Administration He is a successful first generation entrepreneur industrialist who has promoted Robo Silicon Pvt Ltd along with Mr. Vijay Kosaraju. Established in 2001, the Company pioneered the concept of manufactured Sand popularly known as Robo sand an eco-friendly product and a perfect substitute for river sand which is a fast depleting natural resource. In 2007, the promoters have passed on majority stake in the company to IVF, a VC fund.
The other Companies he is associated with are M/s. Robo Dharani and M/s. Robo Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Sobhanadri Rao Suraneni, S/o of Mr. S. Chakradhara Rao

He had earlier served as an Agricultural Officer with M/s. Sri Sarvaraya Sugars Ltd., Chelluru, East Godavari Dt., a group Company of KCP, Chennai. He was with M/s Vensa Biotech in charge of procurement & marketing.

Mr. C.V. Subba Rao is the Chairman and Mr. M. Ravikanth is the Managing Director of BOBPL and are actively associated with the day to day affairs of the Company. The promoters are assisted by a senior team of qualified technical and management personnel in all functional areas. Mr. Sobhanadri Rao Suraneni looks after procurement and marketing functions.
