B.K.S Textiles Pvt. Ltd., established in the year of 1985, is located near Coimbatore, the Manchester of South India. We achieved customer satisfaction by providing quality products at competitive prices backed by excellent service. New coating division is also now started having the confident of catering the quality products even in the field of technical textiles. Our mission is to attain leadership by serving customers innovatively with superior coated fabrics.

The coating division is at Mettupalayam, at the footsteps of the well known hill range, Nilgris. The coating machine is a hi-tech, sophisticated Korean made one with the facility of producing all types of technical textiles. This polymer coating and finishing plant is capable to produce 20,000 metres per day. Our imported machine is having knife on air as well as roll setup with six chambers. The workable width of the machine is 175 cm and the maximum width that we can achieve after processing will be 172 cm.

Our state-of-art machinery is versatile and thus has the capability of producing the different chemical coated fabrics as well as the finished fabrics impregnated with some special chemicals. The plant has a separate machine for embossing the coated fabrics to impart different designs. The inspection machine would not leave even a minor defect if any.

Innovation is in our blood and always drives our research team. R&D is our strength and thus we can develop any type of new product. Our in-house formulation capability, testing laboratory and production of own fabric for coating ensures consistency in quality on custom product development.

We have a well qualified and trained team for coatings to ensure quality and service to the customers. Well experienced and dedicated workman ship is maintained to deliver the consistent quality and to deliver the products in time. A lab is also associated with this team for the continuous monitoring the quality of the final products, on line checks and also for the R&D works. Since we have the wet processing unit also in the same premises, apart from weaving and fabricating unit, we can able to supply any product in any desired form (fabric, coated form or as made ups). We pursue excellence in all spheres of activities.

We coat fabrics with polymer compounds and fabricate our products to customized applications to give you the mix of properties you need.
