The founder of the company, Mr. Seydi Dayioglu established Basaran Carpet in 1970 to manufacture 100% acrylic machine-made carpet in Gaziantep, a city in the south-east region of Turkey. In an attempt to meet the International Market's demand for polypropylene carpets, company started to produce 100% polypropylene machine-made carpet with ultimate machinery with electronic jacared system by Schonherr since 1997.2000 dtex p.
