Price: Discount from MOP or PRATT Dubai or Singapore US$ 4.00 (Four US Dollar) per MT CIF buyer's port

Min. Order:200,000 tons per month x 12 months
Or at least 1 million MT per year

Shipment: At least 50,000 tons x 4 shipment every month

Term of Payment: Irrevocable, transferable and revolving L/C at sight

Conditions:2% bond guaranteed by Seller and Buyer

Validity: This offer will be valid until 15th August 2005
