APRO Rubber Technology Co., Ltd, founded in May, 2003, is a large-scale comprehensive joint venture, which concentrates on R&D, manufacturing rubber products and tools making. Its predecessor A-PRO Rubber Technolgoy Co., Ltd, was located in Fengxian district, Shanghai, China. With the production scale having been expanding, A-PRO moved to Jinshan Industrial Zone and change the name to be APRO Rubber in order to service our customers better. Apro rubber covers an area of 4600 square meters, and we have more than 100 sets professional equipments used for rubber parts development, producing, inspecting etc. Now our rubber tools and various rubber products have been sold to the Middle East, Europe, North America, South Africa, Asia, and other regions. Foreign sales is balanced with domestic sales and it is increasig over the past few years, which reached to 5 million USD dollars by 2008. High quality, advanced technology is always our company’s objection. By means of sophisticated laboratory and complete testing equipment & technology, and the introduction of ISO/TS16949 quality management system, we are able to provide our customers with consistent quality-guaranteed products. As to production, our company possess three main advantages, which enable us to provide our customer with the highest quality products and the most perfect service: 1, Experience advantage- The founder, our company’s manger Yonglong Su has engaged in rubber industry for over 30 years, and has rich experience in rubber manufacturing in Taiwan and European; 2, Equipment advantage-We introduce a large number of domestic and foreign advanced more than 40sets production equipments, including large Vacuum Mill, general Oil Hydraulic Machine, Colder Runner Rubber Injection Machine, and other manufacturing equipments, the types range from 200T to 500T; 3, Team advantage- we have a talent professional team who have many years experiences in rubber industry, such as rubber molding technicians, rubber chemist, test engineers, tooling engineers. At present, we have total 200 employees. In the range of products, APRO is mainly engaged in the processing of rubber products, including o-ring, gasket, check rings, anti-vibration parts, rubber to metal bonded parts, water seals, and so on; meanwhile design and producing various irregular rubber products are our strength. We can covers almost all industries’ demand of rubber products, which are widely used in automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, home appliance, machinery, general industry and so on.
