Apparel Concept Limited is working as an sourcing agent in the field of garments industry. Our major concern is to play role as a helping hand to our customers to source apparel from Bangladesh. One of our primary responsibilities as a buying house is to assure that the product purchased and released for shipment confirms to customer&＃039;s requirement. Our services include all that a buyer needs for successful buying. Our objective is to provide total customer satisfaction by offering a good range of quality garments at a reasonable price. We have the honor to introduce ourselves as an Apparel Sourcing Company and an exporter from Bangladesh. We presently are catering to our clients from Europe & USA. Ours is a young Team of Technically Qualified people, having expertise in Fabrics; sewing; Production management; and Quality Control. Technicians: We have a dedicated quality Control team and a qualified Fabric technician who monitor each aspect of production. We bring our knowledge of the local conditions, reliable suppliers, and our complete involvement in every stage of the orders in Production. Fabric : Our strength is in sourcing all varieties of fabrics & yarns from China, Malaysia & India. The different services that we offer Clients are as follows: Sourcing of new Suppliers – Based on your product requirements we can suggest reliable; quality conscious suppliers. If you are already working with other suppliers we can represent you and handle the communication/merchandising and quality control functions. We work with both Medium sized as well as large scale vertically integrated factories in and around Bangladesh. Communication – A well trained and dedicated Merchandising Team led by The Director Operations handle the daily communication functions. Ensuring reliable and accurate information is passed on to you at a very short response time. Sampling - All sampling programs are discussed with the factories in the beginning stage itself to clarify all instructions. The samples sent to you are inspected and sent with our comments. In case they do not meet your requirements they will be rejected here itself by our team. We can send you product samples and inputs of fabric developments and new styles regularly. Quality Control – We have a team of well trained and qualified quality control personnel to conduct the Inspection of Orders. Inspection reports are made of the Inline; mid and Final random Inspections and sent. Final Random Inspections are done at AQL level of 2.5.
