My partner and I are working direct with banks selling bulk reo packages nationwide. Our attention is not to waste anybody&＃039;s time, but to develop on-going business relationships with our buyers or buyer&＃039;s rep. We offer the buyer direct contact to the seller. We will have one initial conference call to introduce each other and explain the process of how we do business and discuss the order. Then, the buyers and sellers will communicate directly without the intermediaries. The turn around time on average is 7-10 days for large orders and 5-7 days for smaller orders. You can select any region in the US. The range of purchase price is 40% to 60% of the market value on the West Coast, depending on the area and condition. On the East Coast the values can be much lower between 35% to 50%! The key is you can select any region and property condition to get you the properties you want to get into instead of a random list. You can pick your focus from our variety of inventories, including residential, commercial, builder closeouts (brand new homes), and 1st and 2nd position performing and non-performing notes.
