If you want to know more details about vehicles condition and extra information, please fill out the requests firm at “CONTACT US”. We will contact with you within two business days. 2. Inquiry Please fill out your inquiry firm after click “Inquire about this vehicle” at the bottom of vehicles information. We will reply for you to confirm the availability of the vehicle and make sure about the price, terms of payment as well as shipping details within two business days. 3. Contract & Payment We will establish a new Proforma Invoice for your payment and you are requested to send it to us for order confirmation with your signature by fax or email within the validity period. You also need to complete the payment for your order by the bank transfer within 72 hours from the Proforma Invoice reception, after that we will inform you the shipping schedule. Otherwise the ordered vehicles will be automatically cancelled. For more information about the payment policy, please refer to the 'Term of payment'. 4. Delivery We will ship the vehicles with standard export packing within two weeks after we receive your advanced payment. You will receive shipping documents copies, includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Loading etc., by fax or email after shipment. Checking shipping schedule and route We will search the best transportation route, method & system providing the safest and fast delivery. 2. Booking the freight We will provide shipping information, such as ETD(Estimated Time of Departure) , ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and other shipping information after arranging vessel. 3. Shipping We prepare for the most suitable stuffing way for your cargo into container before shipping. We may provide you with cargo tracking service for your convenience, and you do not need to worry about delivery status. â–¶Shipping methods Containerized Shipping This is the safest and most economical service available. There are regular sailings around the world. It is essential that cars be adequately blocked and braced in the container. RORO(Roll-on/Roll-off) Vehicles are driven onto specialized vessels and lashed down inside the ship. Ro-Ro vessel is more often used for short distance shipping. The calling ports by this kind of vessel are very limited. There is more possibility of damage and theft with RORO than with containerized shipping, and therefore not conducive to shipping high value vintage or collectible vehicles. Bulk Vessel Shipping Bulk vessel is an ocean-going vessel used to transport bulk cargo items. It has large box-like hatches on its deck, designed to slide outboard for loading. Bulk vessel is necessary for shipping heavy construction machinery and too big vehicles such as buses and heavy trucks. Yet the schedule is irregular and the calling ports are limited. â–£Terms of Payment The terms & conditions of payment is as the follow, please carefully check the details. Basic policy We kindly request you to remit the 100% of total amount within the validity period stated on the Invoice before the shipment to confirm the order. All payments should be made by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account. We are able to prepare for shipment after we receive your payment. Deposit & refund policy We do not request or accept any deposit from customer’s side. Customers do not need to remit any amount of money until we will have confirmed order. In case of not carrying out this contract caused by customer‘s mistake, the prepayment would not be refunded. L/C(Letter of credit) Customers are able to open an Irrevocable L/C at sight base on the agreed condition with our company when the total amount of order exceeds USD100, 000. A prepayment (10% of the total amount) should be paid by T/T within 7 business days after confirming the order. Balance amount should be paid by an irrevocable L/C at sight. Exceptional Policy If you want pay for it by divided payment, you are requested to remit 50% of total amount by T/T. The advanced payment is needed for maintaining contract effectiveness. The balance amount should be made within 7 business days after making the advanced payment. Or the balance amount should be settled upon receiving the copy of shipping document. Document: Upon receiving the full and final payment, we will fax or email all shipping documents, includes commercial Invoices, packing list and B/L(bill of loading) to the customers as soon after the shipment. We will also dispatch the original shipping documents to consignee's address through air express mail.
