Company Introduction

It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves as a one of leading and reputed ISO: 9001-2008 certified company for manufacturing of S.G. Iron and Graded casting. We are manufacturing S.G.(Ductile) Iron and Graded casting components of weight range from 200Gms to 200Kg in all Grades as per ASTM, German , ISI and ISO standards. Our annual production capacity is in the range 2000 to 2200 MT.
Our foundry is located in Rajkot-Gujarat-India. We have 30 years of experience in Aluminum casting and 5 years of experience in S.G.Iron / Graded casting. We have well qualified and experience man power for quality control and to implement innovative ideas in foundry techniques.
Our foundry having following facility for Close Quality control:
1. Fully automatic load controlled Induction furnace.
2. Online carbon silicon analyzer for casting grade control during melting.
3. Online temperature measurement facility for quality control.
4. Sand and Mould testing Lab.
5. Microscope with image analyzer to check and analyze microstructure of casting.
6. Spectrometer for detailed chemical analysis (Out sourcing).
7. Automatic machine moulding facility.
Our current production includes Auto parts, Gear box housing, Crank shafts, Valve Body, Motor body, Agriculture industry equipments, Scaffolding Accessories and job work as per clients provided drawing or pattern.
