Executed NCND with all brokers in the buyer's side up to the end buyer. If any brokers do not sign the NCND then they will not be paid commission. The buyers mandate must show proof that he / she is papered.
Signed and sealed ICPO addressed to the end seller. The date must be current and cannot be no more than one week old.
