The early founding of AMS Group in 2008, i.e. PT Anugrah Multi Sawita, a company duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Indonesia, domiciled in Kabupaten Asahan, Kecamatan Bandar Pulau, Desa Rahuning, whose founder is Mr Harto. PT Anugrah Multi Sawita in its core business is focus on the manufacturing of palm oil and runs the business of trading oil palm’ products such as Crude Palm Oil, Palm Kernel, etc. Later in the year 2010, PT Anugrah Multitrans Sumatera was established and engaged in the transportation of palm oil mill products line of business. The existence of this company highly supports the operations of PT Anugrah Multi Sawita. In 2011, PT Anugrah Multi Sawita acquired all shares of one company which function as a palm oil mills, domiciled in Kabupaten Langkat, Kecamatan Padang Tualang, North Sumatra. Subsequently the company is structured under the management of PT Palm Tani Sawita The three companies were lined in a management of AMS GROUP
