PRIMA Automation (India) Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015, EMS 14001:2015 and OHSAS 45001:2018 certified leading manufacturer of Industrial Control Panels and Automation Solution Provider in the State of Gujarat, INDIA. PRIMA has integrated facility having all Department, like Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchase, Accounts, Service, R&D, Electronics & Cabinet manufacturing Panel Assembly , Wiring & Testing ,located at its Rakanpur Plant ,very closed to Ahmedabad. It is also Company’s Registered Office. All departments are integrated with ERP system and LAN Connected network. 50 plus computers are installed for effective coordination between various departments. Mr. Mitin Patel, B.E. (IC) and Mr. Vinod Patel B.E. (EC), two technocrats with sound field experience started the organization in 1989 as PRIMA Electronics at Gota – Ahmedabad to manufacture Industrial Control Panels and providing Automation solutions. Over the years PRIMA developed the capacity of responding to the most demanding specifications and in the year 1999, converted into a Private Limited Company as PRIMA AUTOMATION (INDIA) PVT. LTD. with extended manufacturing setup of 20,000 sq. feet at Gota with in-house facility for Fabrication, Painting, Assembly, Testing, Packing and Dispatch under one roof. Registered office was set up in the prime location of Ahmedabad for ease of techno-commercial activities such as Marketing, Design, Engineering, Purchase and Accounts. In the year 1999, PRIMA became an Authorized System House of SIEMENS Ltd. for their Automation and Drive products. In the year 2001, New Manufacturing unit was set up at Rakanpur in Gandhinagar District, Gujarat state with total plot area of 13,000 sq. meter with environment friendly garden and canteen facility. All the activities of Prima were shifted to new factory to control from a single point. The facility started with Bulding-1 having 2400 sq. meter area. As part of backward integration, in 2006, Prima established another manufacturing company - Prima Transformers Pvt. Ltd. nearer to Prima Automation, in about 5000 Sq. Meters area with latest machinery. This ISO 9001-2000 certified company manufactures CE approved Voltage Transformers, Current Transformers and Inductors. It supplies its Products to Prima as well as other customers. In the year 2007, Building-2 of 3000sq.meters was added for exclusive facility of Fabrication & Painting. Fabrication shop with CNC Turret, CNC Laser, CNC Bending, CNC Gasket machine was established. Also Painting shop with 7 tank pretreatment, Powder and Spray Painting booth were added. In the year 20016, Building-3 of 1800sq.meters was added for exclusive facility of assembly wiring and Testing of Control Panels. Prima has exported its products to more than 50 countries directly or through OEM customers. SO far more than 15000 control Panels are manufactured and supplier. Prima serves 25+ industrial sectors. Prima has won many state level and National level awards including MSME National Award and RBQNL award. Prima is approved with all leading customers/Consultants like Engineers India Ltd. ,NTPC ,Mecon ,BHEL ,ONGC,OIL ,BPCL,HPCL,FLOW SERVE ,ISRO ,,NPCL etc.
