Q1: How do we control the product quality? A:   We have a well trained professional QC team, each production process will be strictly inspected and controlled before we send the goods out. Q2:Can we get some samples?Any charges? A  Yes.If you need one stock sample,you will only need to pay the shipping charge.If you need a sample in your artwork and packaging needs,there will be a sample fee for the box plus estimated shipping cost.The sample making usually takes 3-5 Days. Q3: How can we get a quote?A   Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc. we can offer the quotation within 24 hours.  Q4: What format design file you want for printing?  A  AI; PDF; CDR; PSD; EPS. Q5: Can you help with the design?   A  We have professional designers to help with simple information such. Q6: What about the lead time? A   It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance. Q7: How can i know if my goods have been shipped? A   Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped. Q8: Shipping Method and Shipping Time ?A  1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 3-7 working days depends on country and area.2. By air port to port: about 15-30days depends on port.3. By sea port to port: about 45days
