JCCCSH, inherited from China National Petroleum's East China Manufacturing Base – a large- scale mechanical manufacturing sector (involved in pipeline, steel structured member and vessel engineering and construction) under it and composed of workers, engineers, and management teams with expertise in oil and gas equipment industry, is a company specialized in non- long-distance-transport pipeline engineering and construction with comprehensive service ability in drawing transformation engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, workshop prefabrication, on-site installation, testing and commissioning of various pipes and piping assemblies for petroleum and chemical industries, offshore oil and gas industries, power and energy industries, and ship building industry.

Our company is also specialized in the production of cold drawn precision seamless steel tube. Have a set of cold drawing combined processing production line, vacuum bright annealing furnace, eddy current testing, polishing, welding, ultrasonic, hydrostatic testing and other advanced technology and equipment.
