Founded in 2001,Huangshi Sunshine Optoelectronic Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise which is invested by Huangshi Dongbei Mech-Electrical Group Co., Ltd. We introduce complete set of production facilities and technologies from Japan and have a galaxy of professional technical personals. Devoted to developing and manufacturing optical passive components, we mainly produce ceramic ferrules (standard ceramic ferrules, non-standard ceramic ferrules), fiber stubs, fiber optic connectors, adapters, couplers, attenuators and other optical devices, which have been approved by ROHS and TLC certificate.
Based on promoting our core competitiveness, from product design and development, raw material supply and manufacturing to after-sales service, we execute in accordance with ISO9001:2000 quality management system.
For the ceramic ferrules, we adopt world-class ceramic ferrule production equipments with complete ceramic ferrule blank production line, ceramic tube manufacturing line and high precision ceramic testing line. And our annual capacity is up to 15,000,000 units.
As for the patch cords, we own different kinds of precision testing equipments such as JDS insertion loss and return loss sets and Fujiko 3D interferometers, etc with an annual capacity of 5,000,000 pcs.
