Dear Sir/Madam,We are a research laboratory, based in Mauritius and doing research on natural products. For the purpose of our research we are currently looking for a supplier of cotton seed/seed cake/ seed oil. Before we could confirmation bulk ordering, we shall be performing research on samples of raw material that we can source to Mauritius from different global suppliers. Consequently I would appreciate to know if we can be supplied with a first sample of 10 Kg of seeds, 10 kg of seed cake and 5 L of unrefined cotton seed oil and the price entailed for these quantities of the different raw materials. I thus need most urgently to know if you shall be willing to sell us these first samples at the quantity requested, else, if you have contacts of retailers from whom I can purchase your products at such humble quantities, I would sincerely appreciate to have them.It is only after assessment of the different cotton products and by-products, and the outcome of our lab synthesis, that we shall be in a position to see to bulk ordering. At the moment we are on the pilot/lab scale and not yet on the industrial scale production (this shall constitute the next step of our product/development strategy). Once the analysis of the raw cotton material (from different suppliers) gives us an idea of the best supplier per our own sets of criteria, we shall proceed with bulk ordering. For bulk ordering we shall need to have the following information:-the price of the cotton seek cake and minimum quantity that we can order from you-the price of the cotton oil (unrefined), minimum quantity that can be ordered-the price for the cotton seed, minimum quantity that must be ordered.Please let me know at your earliest convenience and kindly specify if the seeds that you can supply would be from the Gossypium Herbaceum and in case of sourcing from other countries, specify the origin as well.
