Biwin Semiconductor (HK) Company Limited, founded in Shenzhen, China 1995, specializes in producing flash storage products, including USB flash drives, Compact Flash cards and solid state disks.

R & D Potence
With 17 years' industry expertise and a strong team with over 50 engineers, Biwin develops its leading edge flash storage products completely in-house, including industrial design, tooling, molding, PCB design and assembly and housing development.18 new flash storage products quarterly. We are capable to carry out all production process in house ? industrial design, tooling, molding, PCB assembly and housing development.

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
Biwin has two  ISO9001:2000 certified factories with total 20 SMT assembly lines and more than 1000 staff members. To ensure consistantly high quality products and large production capability- up to 3.5 million pcs per month, manufacturing is conducted according to strict quality standards.

Quality Assurance
Quality control is carried out by 80 inspectors using advanced QA and test equipments. All raw materials are inspected to meet RoHS standards before production. Our long-term, strategic, stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensure our product quality and reliability. Four inspection stages during production and a final product testing prior to packing ensure our low 0.2% defect rate.
