Archangel Trading, Siempre Fresca

Siempre Fresca is a Panama-based supplier of tropical fruits and vegetables. After founding our business as a family-owned grower in 2000, we realized that the opportunities for exporting our produce were practically limited to selling our product to large multi-national corporations, sometimes at less than ideal terms. As an alternative, we decided to develop the infrastructure necessary to export our produce ourselves. This decision in 2004 led to our transformation from a single-farm into an expanding network of growers from Central/South America as well as the Caribbean . We focus on establishing fair business relationships and, as our reputation grows, we are contacted daily by new growers allowing us to expand our product offerings. In response, we are continually improving and expanding our facilities to ensure that we are able to offer the highest-quality produce at a reasonable price to our customers internationally. In 2010 we combined efforts with Voyager Technology in the testing of innovated MAP technology. This lead to the creation of Siempre Fresca. The utilization of this proprietary technology allows extend shelf life to all fresh produce without creating a massive increase in the normal packaging cost that is utilized today. Siempre Fresca is the only company that has tested and proved their MAP technology thru 3rd party testing. The Panamanian Government has provided significant assistance and is continually supportive of our efforts. We are now in the unique position of having extended tracks of lands available for growing which enables an expansion of offering to fit the needs of our clients. This has also led to the expansion of growers across the region contacting us to utilize the technology of our unique packaging system. We are currently working with growers in Chile to be able to offer stone fruit for the upcoming season.
