A. Introduction It Is an Egyptian company. It follows the Egyptian regulations and was established in 2010. The company current product is Master batch, and later on in phase two, will go for other products. The company current annual capacity is 9000 ton for all Master batches. The company current employees are 75 direct and indirect labors. From the prospective of value based organization and to be a world class company, the company was certified ISO 9001 and now is in the process of certifying (ISO 14001and 18001), Moreover the company implemented ERP system to increase the speed, visibility and accuracy for all company activities. One of the main sustainable competitive advantage of the company that the owners (Management) have a diversification as some of them has more than 25 years&＃39; experience in the same fields, and others have a doctor of business administration degree (DBA), which constitutes a high professional mix enabling the company to formulate and execute its strategic plan which leads to satisfying its customers and achieves the company long and short term objectives. B. Why choosing us By using our products, all plastic industries that using Master batch will get rid of all quality problems, get their required colors and additives. Moreover, it reduces their products cost.
