We are an expert in plastic and die casting injection molding. Our machinery and design technology are up to the most current standards. We use Solidwork,UG, CAD and PRO/E to design moulds, As to the world-class equipment such as :CNC( DMU 100T,S56, HASS VF8/50);  EDM( EDGE3, AGIE SE4 ), Gun Drilling Machine , Fitting Machine 150 T, Slow Wire Cut. All of thease enable us to provide high precision-engineered moulds to our customers.

Every project, we will make detailed production plan and strictly implement. We use Mouldflow to analysis the part cooling. feed, shrinkage and filling , so can got the good reference for the tooling designing and manufacturing. We have project engineer for all the moulds we make, can follow strictly the schedule and quality for all projects.
We make full dimension report for the parts after we make the mould test.
We send weekly report with digital photo to customer to keep them know better of the latest project's progress. Our mission is to provide our customer the high-quality moulds, cost-effective process optimizations and value-added business solutions.
