HEFEI ECRIEE-TAMURA ELECTRIC CO., LTD ("ECT Electric" for short) is an advanced technology joint venture invested by the 38th Research Institute of CETC and Japan Tamura Corporation.
The 38th Research Institute of CETC is a high-tech research institute professionally developing military and civil radar and serial communication products, and owns a listed company and many investment companies; Japan Tamura Corporation is a famous transformer manufacturer in Japan, has wide international market and sets branches around the world.
ECT  produces transformers, R-type transformers, special iron cores, high power reactors and transformers, paster electronic components, etc. It entered LED green lighting field in 2008 and has finished various tests. It got the certificate of ISO9001 Quality System on September 11th, 2002 and the certificate of CQC on July 21st, 2003, and the certificate of TUV in September the same year. It won the "Foreign Exchange Earning Double Excellence Award" issued by Anhui Foreign Economic and Trade Department and Anhui Foreign-funded Enterprise Association in 2002, 2003 and 2004, and was rated as "National Double Excellence Enterprise" in 2003 and 2004, passed the certification of ISO14000 Environmental Management System, and won "Excellent Enterprise Award for Implementing Social Responsibility in Anhui Province" in 2006. It has been rated as "Anhui Advanced Technology Enterprise" in the next four years, won the title of "High and New Technology Enterprise" issued by Anhui Province in 2008, and won "Top 100 Chinese Electronic Component Enterprises" in 2007 and 2008, and established laboratory and detection center passing the certification of UL in 2009. Now it is a provincial enterprise technology center, Hefei innovation enterprise and Hefei technology innovation pilot enterprise.
