COMPANY INTRODUCTIONThe Euro-Rubber Hulladekhasznosito Kft. began its activity on 2007 in the County of Pest, the place of Ujszilvas. Our facility is located on a 58 hectare industrial area owned by the company. We have 31 employees and we are authorized for the storage and processing of 45 000 tonnes of waste per year.We have a 9740 m2 built-up area at our disposal to carry out our activity, which includes spaces for waste storage and processing, as well as spaces for offices and service.The plant is capable of processing and recycling used car and truck tires using special selecting, chopping, grinding and shredding machines. The complete procedure is done at room temperature.Our special machines are the strongest point in our factory, because the installed machinery is in the most advanced technology at the present what garantees the safe, undisturbed operations and the production of the best quality secondary materials.OUR PRODUCTSAs a result of the processing procedure, the end product is a special pure shredded rubber with a 4 different particle sizes: 0-1 mm, 1-2 mm, 1-3 mm and 2-4 mm.The shredded rubber with particle sizes 1-2 mm, 1-3 mm and 2-4 mm can be used as additive material in a wide range of plastic materials and coatings plus it is one of the more important additives used to produce proper materials for various synthetic sport fields.As one can imagine the shredded rubber with the smallest particle size (0-1 mm called Active Rub-R) is the most complicated to achieve at a constant high quality. This product is the result of long years of research and development. It consists of 44% natural and 15% synthetic rubber. The use of this product is completely different. In the production of various rubber articles this product can substitute natural rubber, and at the same time it is cheaper. This is very useful because natural rubber is becoming a more and more scarce natural rescource. On the other hand this product is a very popular bitumen admixture material used in the road construction industry. It is proven to increase the lifetime and quality of the built road, decreases noise pollution, and it is way cheaper than other bitumen admixture materials.
