Alubond Middle East (FZC)

Alubond USA is an Aluminum composite panel with two layers of aluminum skin sandwiched to a thermoplastic core in a continuous co- extrusion process. The core may be either Polyethylene (PE) or Fire retardant (FR).
The FR core material contains a non-combustible mineral and small content of thermoplastic, which ensures high performance of fire safety of this material. The surface is finished with high performance PVDF Kynar500-based fluorocarbon coating and the back is chromate treated and polyester coated. The surface is protected with a self adhesive peel off protective film. This protective film is helpful is protecting the panel from causing stains, scratch and other damages.
